It's time to help people remember that their mental health matters! Mental health is just as important as physical, and not enough people recognize that. It's easy to get caught up in the thought that you need to just deal with it and keep going, but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. You need to always remember that, in time, your mental health can also affect your physical. It is not a failure, but a medical condition. Let yourself take a moment. Your struggles do not define you, you are not your mental illness, you are worthy of happiness and peace of mine, you are not weak or unimportant, and there is no shame in seeking help.
